Jody Robison and Michelle Robison
Jody is the Owner / Grandpa. His hands on involvement in every aspect of the business is a great asset to the company. He is dedicated to providing a great customer service experience for everyone. He believes that customers are an extension of the family, and treats them accordingly.
Michelle is the Sales and Showroom Supervisor. She loves to help customers find their perfect flooring - a balance of functionality and style. She listens to their needs, educates them on their best options, and will be there every step of the way. Her days are filled with excitement chasing her toddler around the showroom.
Dalles was a vital part of our Red Mountain family. He had more of an impact than he realized. We would not be where we are without his help. He is sorely missed.

Locally-owned and family operated since 1998
Jody and Mindy Robison started Red Mountain in 1998, with much encouragement from Rick Tanner, a close childhood friend. Rick and MaryLynn Tanner founded Red Mountain Carpet and Tile, located in Arizona, in 1993. Both Red Mountain locations are owned and operated separately, but maintain a common business model of ethics and quality service. While carpet cleaning was the only service offered in the beginning, demand from customers resulted in our expansion into retail flooring products and services. Although the carpet cleaning service is no longer available, our commitment to quality service is still our top priority. We opened our first showroom in 2008, and became members of the CarpetsPlus Colortile buying group. In May of 2016, moved our showroom to it's current location.

Kelsey Robison and Travis Robison
Born and raised in Rigby, Idaho, these brothers would never have dreamed about the adventures they would embark on together. This dynamic duo quickly gained international admiration for their work. They had the great honor of being invited to assist in the installation of Karndean Designfloorings' own show floor at The International Surface Even show in 2017 and again in 2018. They provide a friendly and personal service with a vast combination of knowledge, experience and recognized qualifications for floor preparation and installation.

Although his resemblance to the family is uncanny - Ricky is not related by blood, but we still consider him a crucial part of our Red Mountain family. He brings a strong flooring background, knowledge and experience to the team. Ricky also brings strong family values, extreme attention to detail and comic relief!
